Printing Error Moves Homestead Credit to Different Section of Tax Bill
Credit Still Applied to Payable Tax Amount
Due to a printing error on County property tax bills, the Homestead Exemption credit is shown in the “Account Data” section of the bill and not in the “Appraised Value” section as in years past; however, the credit has been deducted from the final payable amount.
